Refund Policy

1. Right of Withdrawal for Consumers

If you are a consumer (§ 13 BGB), you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you (other than the carrier), took possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us:

by means of a clear declaration (e.g., a letter sent by post, fax, or email) of your decision to withdraw from the contract. You may use the withdrawal form template below, but it is not mandatory.

2. Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs arising if you chose a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we receive the returned goods.

Unless otherwise expressly agreed, we will use the same payment method for the refund as you used for the original transaction. No fees will be charged for the refund.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have sent the goods back, whichever is earlier.

3. Return of Goods

You must return the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day period expires.

You bear the direct cost of returning the goods unless otherwise stated.

4. Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of:

• Sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene and which have been unsealed after delivery.

• Goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications or are clearly personalised.

• Perishable goods or goods with a short expiration date.
